  • It was great talking to Geetika for the podcast. We had an interesting conversation about what motivates us at work and what really matters in making our working lives sustainable.

  • This is a must-have guide for anyone leading careers education within the secondary sector. A practical hands-on book that will gently take young people through the journey of deciding the next steps in their future careers.

  • Lab to Ed Leadership is a fantastic platform for sharing insights and making meaningful connections. The concept of providing the next generation with access to leaders, their experience, and their ideas is fantastic. Geetika is a driving force and an inspiration.

    Michael Everett

  • Geetika's resources for KS3 & GCSE physics have helped me to identify common misconceptions that students have, while also providing effective strategies to address them. I feel much more confident in teaching these topics now!

  • I've recently had the opportunity to read 'IDK my career yet, and that's okay.' Below includes a summary of my thoughts and reflections. The included tutor time ideas really encourage pupils to carefully consider fields they may want to explore, alongside healthy collaboration and discussion with peers and teachers. Through the author including their own personal career journey so far, the reader is able to understand that it's okay not to know yet, and that plans naturally change over-time, and that's okay. Overall, I feel the book is pitched appropriately for KS4-5 pupils. My favourite page in the book is 132, I feel it's realistic and reassuring to the reader.

Educator at Heart

I believe every child deserves to experience the wonder of science and feel empowered to explore it. As a passionate Physics teacher with a background in engineering and international academics, I make science engaging, accessible, and inspiring - turning complex ideas into curiosity-driven learning that sparks critical thinking, creativity, and a strong grasp of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.

Leader in Governance and Strategy

Leader in Governance and Strategy

Beyond the classroom, I have served as a Multi-Academy Trust Trustee and former Chair of Governors, leading governance through Ofsted inspections and shaping improvement strategies for diverse school communities. These experiences strengthened my belief that true leadership lies in vision, accountability, and collaboration to ensure equity and opportunity for every learner.

Lifelong Learner and Innovator

Lifelong Learner and Innovator

I am committed to continuous growth and research-driven practice. My work on student engagement in the digital world, combined with my participation as a coachee on a Masters-level Executive & Senior Leader Coaching Programme delivered face-to-face by a School Improvement Executive, reflects this drive. My professional journey is guided by a simple mission: to inspire leaders, empower educators, and transform learning communities so every child can thrive.
